Shipments

We ship all over Spain, Portugal and Andorra. For orders outside mainland Spain, please refer to the shipping costs.

When requesting a quote, the shipping costs are specified in the document.

 

Form of dispatch

The processing time is 24 hours after placing the order.

We work with the best national and international express transport companies such as DHL, SEUR or Transaher. Thanks to this we can give you a very efficient and fast service.

Normally the delivery time for imported chairs is 7 days, for chairs manufactured in Spain and the rest of the furniture indicates its delivery time.

Delivery shall be made on foot at the address indicated by the customer and, only if there are mechanical means or infrastructure to allow the goods to move freely without dismantling the original packaging and without the need to load them up stairs, placed at the exact place indicated by the customer.

In the absence of the necessary means, such as lifting ramps or hoists, to take the product to the exact space required by the customer, where it is necessary to remove the product from its original packaging, climb stairs or any other obstacle that the transport agency does not consider it its responsibility to remove, the customer is free to move the material from the street to where he considers it necessary by his own means or to pay a porter to accompany the transport to move the product.

 Guarantee

 

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item https://officinca.es/en/ will be 100% responsible for your products. All complaints must be addressed to the carrier and recorded in the carrier's manifest. For any claim for damage or breakage of the goods during transport, the damage assessed on the packaging must be indicated in the agency's package leaflet; in any case, it must be stated in writing that it is “pending review”, for which you have 24 hours to give notice and that the insurance covers the damage caused.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Check the package when you receive it and if you notice any damage write it on the label. Then, once the package is opened, you can confirm whether the piece arrived safely or not. Shipping agencies no longer accept "Pending review" or "Not reviewed" when handling a guarantee.

In this case, the customer must send an email to atencion@officinca.es with a photo where the damage or defect of the product is appreciated, after verifying the damage, the defective parts will be sent completely free of charge and urgently.

If you have received an incorrect item we will send you the correct item as soon as possible, the incorrect item is collected free of charge for the customer. We manage the package from the place of delivery to our warehouses, processing the shipment with the transport company.

Officinca.es, by the nature of its products is intended for companies and professionals, so it remains at our discretion to receive the return of any product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies or selfemployed persons who acquire them for professional use.

 

GUARANTEE OF PRODUCTS

In accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003 on Guarantee in the Sale of Consumer Goods, https://officinca.es/en/ guarantees all its products covered by this contract, in general and for a period of 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods, for any manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the characteristics specified therein. For this purpose, a period of two months is set from the moment the customer becomes aware of it to communicate it to the seller so that he can act on it. Communication should be by e-mail to attention@officinca.es.

The customer shall be entitled to the free repair of the product covered by the contract and to its free replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, as appropriate. To make the warranty effective, the customer must contact https://officinca.es/en/ and provide a photo of the damaged part via email at atencion@officinca.es.

At https://officinca.es/en/ we guarantee that all the products in your catalogue have been manufactured in accordance with all the legal specifications and recommendations that apply to this type of articles. Likewise, https://officinca.es/en/ undertakes to repair or replace during the warranty period the defective or non-compliant elements with the characteristics indicated on the sheet of each product, accepting in these cases only the warranty of the repaired or replaced parts.

Under no circumstances will https://officinca.es/en/ accept any liability for defects or damage due to the use of products other than normal or the result of normal wear due to their use after the warranty period.
